Welcome to our recently renovated, spacious cabin nestled in the heart of Central Moonridge, where comfort meets breathtaking beauty! Our thoughtfully designed mountain home offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities for your Big Bear Lake getaway.

Our reverse floor plan in the 1800 sq foot cabin maximizes the stunning mountain panoramas from our bright, open-concept upstairs living area. Gather around the cozy fireplace on comfortable seating, enjoy movie nights on the large HD Roku TV, or challenge your travel companions to vintage games on our arcade machine. (Please note the fireplace is an electric powered closed fireplace. No wood burning allowed.) The fully equipped kitchen opens to a dining area perfect for sharing meals and making memories. Need to stay connected? Settle in at the dedicated workspace with inspiring mountain views.

Guest Access And Policies
Please note there are two flights of stairs to access this property. Can’t have this exceptional view without a small climb. It is well lit and has handrails.
Keyless Entry. Your exclusive code will be sent to you the day before check in.
Exclusive Access:
Guests will enjoy full and private use of the cabin, including the deck, hot tub, front and back yards, and driveways.
Restricted Areas:
For storage and privacy, the master bedroom closet, garage, and a few kitchen cabinets will not be accessible to guests, as they contain supplies and personal items.
Snow removal for driveway + path to front door arranged for guests during Winter when snow exceeds 4 inches. We can not guarantee the arrival time of snow plow service. Snow shovel available. Please note pathways can be icy, use caution.

Other Things To Note
𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀:
There is space for two cars in front of the garage.
Street parking is not allowed in the neighborhood.
If your group includes three cars, you may park the third car on the sloped driveway. As per the rental permit, a maximum of three cars is allowed at the cabin.
𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼:
Snow chains are required for all vehicles in the Winter. On occasion, during extreme weather, Big Bear can experience rolling power/internet outages. Rest assured, they will restore it as quickly as possible.
𝗔/𝗖
There is no air conditioning. It rarely gets above 80º in Big Bear and as we are at a higher altitude, you’ll find the house remains exceptionally comfortable. Open up a window and enjoy the cool, mountain breeze.
𝗗𝗼𝗴𝘀: We feel that our dogs are a part of our family and therefore do not charge an additional pet fee. Please be considerate and upfront if you feel your pet may not be suitable for our cabin. We have nice furnishings and would like to continue providing this level of accommodation for our families and pets alike. We appreciate all of our responsible pet owners. Rest assured, although we are pet friendly, maintaining the highest level of cleanliness is our priority.
Note that the yard is fully fenced but never leave pets or kids unattended and always walk small animals on a leash when it’s dark. This is the mountains, there is always the possibility of encountering wildlife or insects. Use precautions.
𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬:
The spa and house are sanitized between each guest. If you see anything not up to standards, notify us immediately upon check in and we will send someone directly.
𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀:
Please review and agree to House Rules prior to booking. A signed rental agreement and ID is required.
There are three motion security cameras on the premises. They are located at the exterior front door, backyard and driveway. Your privacy is greatly respected and valued. There is no specific view. These are for your safety and protection.
