Big Bear Jeep Experience

Big Bear Jeep Experience offers everything from beginner sightseeing trips to advanced rock crawling trips-and everything in-between. You will be renting one of our jeeps and following our guides as they narrate the trip via two-way radio. You will learn mining history, history of the valley including its unique plant and wildlife, and off-roading techniques. Our guides will demonstrate obstacles in front of you then spot you through the obstacle making sure you are 100% comfortable navigating the terrain. The guides will also capture your Big Bear Jeep Experience using your camera or mobile device camera so you can share your adventure with others.

Pirate Ship Cruise

Named after the movie she was featured in, the Time Bandit has been sailing these mountain waters since 1998. Join us for an hour and a half of corny jokes, stunning scenery, and historical enrichment on board the Big Bear Lake Time Bandit. Tours are publicly available on a limited basis, or you can charter the whole ship for your birthday, function, brunch etc.

No tour is ever exactly the same – you’ll enjoy yourself whether it’s your first or fifteenth time aboard. We have a rotating cast of captains and crew who each bring their own flavor to the tour.

Get way above it all on an aerial tour with Helicopter Big Bear. Choose from 10 different tour options or discuss a custom route with your pilot. Tours are offered year-round and guided to highlight fun facts and local history. All ages are welcome.
Flights range from 7 to 45 minutes of air time and these bird’s eye views can include landmarks, points of interest, picturesque forest scenery, mountain area lakes, the Mojave Desert, the towering San Gorgonio mountain range, and the Santa Ana canyon. Cameras are welcome aboard the helicopter for you to capture your journey. The flights are intended to be both exciting and relaxing with a lot of attention put on safety.
